We offer a 5 week basic massage course.

We take groups of at least two students and at the most six. The teaching time per day is variable and depends on the physical condition of the student. There will be mainly practical and some theory lessons. Two students work on each other.

You will learn to

• balance yourself between rope, table and client.
• use your feet and your own bodyweight to serve the flexibility of the ligaments, muscles, nerves and joints.
• help your clients to centre their body and mind.
• develop your own concentration and contemplation.

Vijay, our Ayurvedic physician, hands his knowledge down to students. He teaches personally according to "Gurukula", the teacher disciple system, which means the relationship with a living master is integral to learning this science. Vijay is the first in his line of 68 generations of Ayurvedic physicians to teach foreigners.

Charges

50 EUR per day/student – accommodation not included.

20 EUR per day/student for accommodation in the Treatmenthouse
